10 km: 42 minutes. Sydney Striders 10 km, Homebush, NSW.
Ultra marathons:
6 Foot Track. 45 km. 5 hrs :39 mins - Katoomba, NSW.
Yurrebilla Ultra Marathon. 56 km. 6 hrs 52 mins - Yurrebilla, South Australia.
